And Breathe Breathwork Academy is a twelve-week online training certification course grounded in the intention to bring more awareness to the true power of breath.
Cathy is the founder and breathwork facilitator for And Breathe Academy. After putting a lot of emphasis on the 1:1 portion of her wellness center offerings, she was ready to really start promoting And Breathe Academy. We started with an in-depth sales page, made And Breathe a social media page, and created some consistent social branding templates.
