I founded this business to create the freedom and work-life harmony I craved. As a lifelong creative, I design with a bigger purpose—helping people who help others. Growing up, my mom was deeply immersed in holistic health and natural living, and her influence shaped me into someone who’s always been drawn to the “woo” side of life.

I’ve always known that a typical office job wasn’t for me. Success, to me, means loving what you do and feeling excited about each day, whether it’s an adventure or a workday. It’s about making an impact, whether directly or by supporting others who do.

I’m passionate about wellness, mindset, life transformation, and women’s holistic health. Give me an iced chai latte, a book to read (self-help or psycho-thrillers are my fav), and The Skinny Confidential podcast on a sunny day, and I’m in my happy place.
