Did you know that gratitude is one of the highest vibrational frequencies that you can be at?
Gratitude vibrates at 540 MHz which falls on the same level as joy, just above love, and just below peace.
I’m sure you’ve all heard it by now, but everything is energy and all things and emotions have energetic frequencies. Tapping into gratitude is one way to significantly raise your vibrational frequency.
When we are at high emotional frequency, we are able to attract more good things that vibrate at higher frequencies. This is an ideal emotional state for attracting things like love and abundance, and manifesting our deepest desires.
In this blog, I am going to walk you through 5 ways that you can practice gratitude and help raise your vibrational frequency so you can attract all that you desire. <3
Keeping a gratitude journal is a great way to practice gratitude. You should try and make a habit of writing down at least one thing that you are grateful for every morning.
I suggest the morning because it is a great way to start your day by thinking of something you are grateful for. This is better than waking up and immediately thinking about all the tasks you have to complete that day and beginning your day with overwhelm.
Having a gratitude journal is also a good thing to look back on and read about previous things you were grateful for and how those things may have changed or gotten even better.
There is no better way to practice gratitude than by expressing it to someone else. Think about a time when someone told you that they were grateful for you. Maybe think about a time someone was grateful for something you did for them or helped them with.
Didn’t their expression of gratitude feel so good for you? By doing that for someone else, you can also give them those same good feelings.
A gratitude meditation can look a few different ways. One way you can do gratitude meditation is by getting in a meditative state, listening to some frequency music, and visualizing all the things you are grateful for. These can be current things you are grateful for or things you are hoping to manifest at some point.
When you visualize something that you don’t have yet but will be grateful for, you put yourself in that energetic wave and allow yourself to feel those feelings associated with that thing. This is one of the most powerful ways to start manifesting something
If you are new to meditation or aren’t comfortable with creating your own visualization, you can always do a guided gratitude meditation. There are so many on Spotify or Apple Music, just search “guided gratitude meditation” and pick one that feels good for you.
If you’re on the craftier side, then you may really enjoy this one – create a gratitude jar! You can use a regular mason jar and fill it with notes of things that you are grateful for. Then, you can pick one from the jar each day and be reminded of that thing.
You can get creative here and design your jar with paint, stickers, or anything you’d like really. And, you can use different colored paper for the notes and add designs to each gratitude note – add anything that makes you happy! 🙂
An easy way that I use a gratitude jar that isn’t a physical jar, but still lifts me up inside is by using the app Gratitude Jar. It makes it so easy because it is right on my phone and lets be honest, who doesn’t have their phone on them?!
It helps me keep track of the little things AND the big things that I am grateful for. And to boot, it keeps all my gratitudes as a star in a little jar and I get to watch my jar fill up overtime. I can also click the “shake” button and the jar will present me with one of my gratitudes at random.
At the end of the day, there really is so much to be grateful for. Regardless of your circumstances or situation, there is always at least ONE thing to be grateful for.
By focusing on those good things, we can achieve higher vibrational frequencies and attract more of those good things into our life!
